6 Books to Retire

I have here listed below the 6 books that changed the way I think about income and expenses, about saving, about growing my wealth. These books taught me that if I wanted to be successful I could follow other successful people before by following the same map to success they had left. I learned that you should be working on your business not in your business or else you really don’t have a business at all, you simply own your own job. I learned that The world is too big and out of my control for me to worry about everything going on around me and that I could be free right now if I choose to be.

Not all of these books are financial in nature but each book played a part in shaping me into the retired, world traveling, property investor that I am today. Some of these books will work on your attitude towards life, how to pursue success and then finally how to be financial successful by purchasing income producing assets. I have the books listed here in no particular order

There are many other books that I can recommend that added more depth to my understanding of financial independence, but these six below will really shake the foundation of your life.

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

Richest Man In Babylon by George Clason

Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller

E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Steven Covey

How I Found Freedom In An Unfree World by Harry Browne
